Frequently Asked Questions
When will my bakes arrive?
Deliveries are dispatched once a week. Please specify the dispatch date you would like when placing your order. We post our goods on a 1st class postage basis with Royal Mail, meaning our bakes are as fresh as possible when they arrive to you*. In most cases, your bakes should arrive the next day however in some cases 1st class deliveries may take up to two working days.
*Beau Monde Bakery does not accept any liability if you are not available at the time of delivery, this is the responsibility of the customer, please ensure that you are able to accept your package before placing your order. All of our bakes are freshly made and should be consumed within 2 days of your estimated arrival date found in your confirmation.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds once a delivery has been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel your order, the cut-off for cancellations is 24 hours prior to dispatch. Cancelations must be made via e-mail at email@example.com. Should you experience any issues with your order please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.
Can you create bespoke orders?
Yes we can! Check our our 'BESPOKE' page for more information or browse through the 'GALLERY' to see some of the lovely work we've done so far. To place an order let us know a little bit more about what your after by using our contact form on the 'CONTACT' page or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you require a deposit?
All bespoke orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit required will be disclosed in your order confirmation.
How do I collect my order?
We our based in Penarth Town Centre, the collection address will be disclosed in your order confirmation. We are easily accessible, free on-street parking is available.
Do you deliver?
Should you require delivery, please inform us before placing your order. Let us know the location and we will quote you a delivery charge, this will be added to your final invoice*.
*Please note that delivery is not always possible, please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
